Building your menu is free. When you're ready to go live, you start a 15-day free trial with a card. You're charged only when the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before.
I run several venues. Do I pay for each one?
No. One subscription covers your whole organization, whether you run one café or twenty.
Which currency do you charge in?
Prices are in US dollars; your bank converts them if your card uses another currency. Our payment partner, Creem, handles the checkout, invoices and sales tax.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, anytime, from the billing page in the app.
What happens if I cancel?
Your menus stay online for 5 more days after your subscription ends. Then they're paused, and your data is kept for 90 days, so you can come back and pick up where you left off.
Is there a limit on venues, menus or scans?
No. One subscription covers your whole organization: as many venues, menus, dishes, languages, QR codes and scans as you need.
